CNL COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPLETES 16,396 SQUARE FEET OF NEW OFFICE LEASES AT AVENTURA OPTIMA PLAZA

MIAMI, Fla. (Nov. 11, 2015) – CNL Commercial Real Estate announces today that it has finalized three new leases in the West Building at Aventura Optima Plaza, bringing the overall occupancy of the building to 94 percent. Randy Olen and Sareska Alonso of CNL Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord in these transactions, which account for approximately 16,396 square feet of office space.

LP3 Network Inc., a Global Leader in Continuing Healthcare Education with a primary focus in Pharmacy Compounding training, will be occupying the third floor. Additionally, SFX-LIC Operating LLC, represented by Adriana Cabanas of The K Company, has leased most of the second floor and Advanced Neuroscience and Pain Institute, LLC, represented by Michael Streur with Coastal Properties of South Florida, will occupy 2,691square feet on the ground floor.

Aventura Optima Plaza Receives 2015 Go Green Award

In a ceremony held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center, Aventura Optima Plaza received a 2015 Go Green Recognition Award.  The Award was presented by the City of Aventura Mayor Enid Weisman and recognizes the building’s efforts with regards to preserving, protecting and sustaining the environment.  Randy Olen, Principal at CNL Commercial Real Estate and leasing agent for the property, received the award on ownership’s behalf.  Congratulations to our entire Aventura Optima team including ownership group Optima International LLC and building management Akko-Group for an excellent job designing, constructing and operating this LEED Platinum office building in an eco-friendly manner.

MIAMI, FL – CNL Commercial Real Estate announces today the addition of three companies to its tenant roster at Aventura Optima Plaza. The companies, US Legal Support Inc., Aurele Properties LLC, and Presidential Suites Ltd, will occupy a combined 11,400 square feet of the building.

Aventura Optima Plaza is Awarded Most Outstanding LEED Core and Shell Project
